Was Freestyle Fellowship referring to Def Jef when they said "West Coast Stars made from East Coast Pollution" on Sunshine Men? I guess they could have also been referring to Ice-T. Regardless, I wanted to dress and dance like Def Jef and The Soul Brothers after seeing them in the All In the Same Gang Video:

I always assumed the comment was a generalization that applies to a lot of the bigger mcs putting out records in LA from the east Coast; Two Live Crew (On Macola), Divine Styler, Def Jef, Ice T (and a lot of the rhyme syndicate guys; Whipper Whip, Kid Jazz, Donald D, etc), and maybe even the LA Dream Team since they take a nother shot at them later who at least one was from Ohio, not exactly East Coast but East enough of LA...ha.
